The lenses found in the All American 3 and 5 lens kits are designed for the highest level of clarity for long distance trap shots and occasional skeet shooting. However their CR39 lenses, while proper safety polymer, will crack when folded in half.
 
These Polycarbonate lenses will never crack, even with repeated folding! Of course, if it gets folded while wearing, you have bigger problems!
